The more I get to indulge the Chinese food, I came to realise my taste platter became much more sharper then before. Sense fo taste and knowledge had improved drasticly.

Steamed Chicken with Young Ginger Dip

The steamed chicken came next. Beautifully presented filled with bright yellow in colour. A very eye catching dish. It was good, the chicken was left with great tenderness. For me I find it just a bit blend to my taste as I prefer my ginger dip to be stronger in taste and bold flavour just like the one I had at Moon Sing. Here Jeff Lee had kept it slightly light. It was good.
